The showbiz industry has transformed itself as the new version of a monarchic popularity of the modern age wherein popular celebrities are expected to produce royal looking heirs and heiress to whom they could pass down their crowns and thrones.
While some families embrace this pleasingly, some wanted to have a more private life away from the pressure coming from their fans. Most celebrity parents want to protect their child from too much attention and expectations from the public.
Aga and Charlene Muhlach have been very vocal about how they wanted to shield their twins, Atasha and Andres, from the limelight in order for them to live a regular childhood. Did you know that they didn’t even know that their parents were famous celebrities until last year?
During an interview with the PEP, Charlene once stated, “”We always try to give them a private life, so they can have a normal childhood, do the normal things, and really just play without the attention. Kaya, Aga and I shielded them so that they can experience that kind of life.”
The twins have only found out about their fame last year when they have attended the premier night of Aga’s movie, Seven Sundays.
The twins are turning 17 this November and the netizens are starting to notice the huge potential of the duo.
The first time they had a commercial was when they were 4 years old and according to Aga, they can hardly remember it.
Years later, they took another commercial for Jollibee featuring the whole family.
And although the twins are still undecided if they will pursue a career in showbiz, Atasha has been receiving the netizens glorious support.
She already grew a love to the craft when she joined The Sound of Music back in 2011.
Some even believes that she will be the country’s future Miss Universe.
During an interview, Atasha cleared that she wants to prioritize her studies first but she’s not closing any door.
And for Aga, now that his kids are older, he promised that will let the twins decide and that he will support them come what may.
