Celebrity mom Michelle Madrigal has been documenting her fitness journey on Instagram for all to see. On July 3, Michelle took to social media once again to show to her followers how much weight she has lost in the past months. Wearing a blue bikini, Michelle uploaded a collage photo of her before and after journey.
“Transformation Tuesday: 1st pic was taken last April at 116lbs. 2nd pic was taken today at 113lbs. There’s always room for improvement you guys. Proper nutrition is [key]. Still have a long way to go but progress is everything! Always push yourself.”
Looking at the photos, it’s apparent that Michelle has lost weight and gained muscle. This positive result was courtesy of her tailored workout program that she has been doing for six months now.
On her previous Instagram posts, the wellness coach expressed her desire to give empowerment to other mothers to be patient with their fitness journey, as well as to always keep in mind that there’s no secret or easy way to get rid of extra fats in the body.
““Ladies there is no secret to losing weight. You have to commit 100%, eat clean which is counting my macros (5-6 meals a day), hard work and exercise 5-6x a week. There’s no easy way in getting the body you want,” Michelle wrote.
As for her, although the progress is a little slow, it’s still better than no progress at all!
After giving birth to her daughter Anika Austin with fiancé Troy Woolfolk last October, Michelle did not waste any time and worked hard to regain her pre-baby body. Earlier this year, the actress-model announced on Instagram that she will be doing the eight-week “Transphormation” challenge because she wants to have a healthy lifestyle.
Through an Instagram post, Michelle said:
“I’ve come to a realization that if we don’t take care of our health and body now, it will eventually sneak up on us one day! Besides wanting to win this challenge, it also motivated me to push myself and do more because of my dad.”
