While channeling her inner sexy goddess this summer, Lovi Poe shared with us snippets of her daily regimen to maintain her figure. The 29-year-old Kapuso actress became viral in the past few weeks for her bomb bikini selfies at Amanpulo, Palawan.
Even though she has a naturally slim body, it takes rigorous training and a regulated diet to maintain Lovi Poe’s physique. However, unlike other gym-enthusiasts, Lovi actually works out not just to achieve a toned body.

As a matter of fact, in an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal, the Kapuso leading lady revealed her ultimate goal while working out:
“It’s not a pressure because I don’t work out to have a good body. I work out to feel good every day because honestly, when I wake up in the morning, I work out at least 30 minutes. Even if it’s short, as long as I do it all the time—I don’t know, it’s endorphins for me. I need endorphins every day. More than having a good body, it’s more of how I feel.”
Her healthy lifestyle and interest in working out started almost a decade ago. One day when she was turning 20, Lovi Poe woke up and just made the conscious decision of taking care of her well-being, as well as her physique. This led to hours in the gym and consuming only healthy food on a strict diet. Essentially she decided to life a healthier life after a life of partying.
