But then they saw a puddle of blood and were immediately convinced that she was in danger. Luckily, CCTV footage from a store’s camera recorded something pretty interesting. It was a dubious man repeatedly opening and closing the trunk of his silver car just before the clock struck 11 P.M.

Sketches were made and it led them to a man named Jeffrey Willis, a local factory worker. When police searched his house and car they discovered gruesome and disturbing things; like women’s phone numbers, child p*rnography, a knife, several syringes, and more. It turns out that Jeffrey was also a suspect in the disappearance of a young teenager and a woman named Rebekah Sue Bletsch.

Yet, among the horrifying items they have obtained, the scariest one would be the file they saw in his computer titled “VICS.” In it were pictures of the lifeless bodies of Rebekah and Jessica. Judges were convinced that this was enough evidence to charge Jeffrey with a case and so they did.
